We sponsored the CLE on September 28, 2007, with Jameel Jaffer on "Foreign Intelligence Surveillance: From the 1976 Church Committee to the 2007 Protect America Act."
We co-sponsored the CLE on October 10, 2007, with Judge McConnell entitled "Sentencing After Booker."
We co-sponsored the CLE on October 25, 2007, at the law school on "Arizona v. California: " Bob Adler (U of U), Dan McCool (U of U), and Jack August (ASU), with Professor Rasband (BYU) moderating.
